构建更加公平的教育“新地图”

    2014年北京市义务教育综合改革述评

    摘要

　　2014年北京市教育事业继续保持健康稳定发展态势，特别是围绕义务教育均衡发展，在深化义务教育领域综合改革方面取得积极进展，义务教育阶段入学办法更加规范，优质教育覆盖范围持续扩大，义务教育均衡化机制建设进一步健全。更加公平的北京教育“新地图”初现端倪，既为深化首都教育领域综合改革创造了有利条件，也要求进一步将改革引向深入。

　　Abstract

　　2014 Beijing education continues to maintain a healthy and stable development momentum. Especially around the balanced development of the compulsory education，Beijing Municipal Commission of Education（BMCE） push for a comprehensive reform of the compulsory education which be called building a Beijing education “new map”. The reform has made positive progress which includes building a more fair and standardized enrolment approach，expanding coverage of high quality educational resources and improving mechanisms for promoting the balanced development of compulsory education. The appearing of a fairer education “new map” not only provide favorable conditions for education development，but also requires further deepen reform.
